It is an integrative approach blending ancient wisdom with modern science, heart with mind and body as one. It is the practice of the spiritual art and science of life. The goal is peace and understanding, the result, a life of joy and abundance.

Group coaching is extremely powerful in that the participants have the advantage of everyone else’s experience. Topics can be discussed and applied repeatedly from various perspective allowing rapid growth and understanding. Because it is very cost-effective it also makes the process much more available to people.

Although many people are intimidated by it, meditation is very simple. It is our natural state of being. Guided Meditations use progressive relaxation techniques, autogenic training and guided imagery to exercise/train the mind to affect emotions and the physical body while being led and supported as the powers of the mind develop.
