Reality, as we know it, is what we allow ourselves to know of it.
If science is correct and we only see 2000 bits of information per second vs. the 400 trillion bits available AND the the universe is really 99.99999% (let's just round up and say 100%) not here, not solid, not visible, then we must come to the conclusion that we don't really "see" anything. What we see is our beliefs about what we should see, our skewed perceptions and limited beliefs, our hopes, fears and desires. Reality, as we know it, is what we allow ourselves to know of it.
We are standing in our own self-created illusions every hour of every day. I call this standing on an illusion rock. We can choose to believe something different, hop to another rock, but are we still seeing only 2000 bits? Still under illusion? If I can stand on the rock of belief that says I am good enough rather than stand in the illusion that fears I am not, why not choose the rock that feels good? If I am going to lie to myself, I'm going to choose to stand in a lie that makes me happy! Why not?!
The moral of the story is about perception. We can choose to look at the positive side of things or we can choose to see the negative. But there is also a third option which is to recognize and accept both as a part of a whole. Life is good and life can be challenging but life IS life and I choose to love it!
Choose your perception. Choose what you feel. Choose how to think and choose how to live.
It's YOUR life! Claim it!!
